A slightly chillier affair than when I last met them (at Hitchin Lavender for their e-shoot), saw the arrival of Andy and Emma’s wedding day in October. I was joined by my friend Konrad Dziedzic (Konfraldotcom) who provided second shooting services, covering the groom’s preparations as well as meeting the bride and her carriage at Ingatestone Hall, Essex prior to the ceremony. Thanks Konrad!
My day started early (pre-9am) with the bridal preparations at the bride’s parents house in Brentwood before I joined the groom and wedding guests at St Mary’s Church, Buttsbury (just outside Brentwood/Billericay). So much thought had gone into this wedding – from the vintage theme and countryside style flowers in the church, to getting the important details right. During my shooting, I was struck by several things – most of all, just how much this couple love each other (that was apparent to everyone present), but also how much everyone loves them back. It’s not hard to see why -Andy and Emma are just really nice, down to earth, fun and fantastic to be around – all traits which their friends and family shared, making this a wedding with lots of smiles and a very happy feeling. I hope you enjoy the selection of images which I think convey all of the things I’ve described above.
